- 2-5 Band Members = $50/Hour
- 6+ Band Members = $60/Hour

Free Onsite and Street Parking
🎶 WHAT TO EXPECT:
Access to the space starts exactly at your scheduled timeslot. You'll then be able to load in easily from the ground floor and get set up inside. Once ready, we'll give you a quick soundcheck so you have the best possible sound for your rehearsal. From there, the space is yours to rehearse. Lastly, just before your rehearsal ends, it'll be time to tear down and pack up in order to be out for the next booking to load in.
❌ CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
To receive a full credit for your booking fee, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule without penalty. Bookings cancelled/rescheduled with 48-72 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee. Bookings cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% fee.
